There is a widespread lack of contentment of the kind that accompanies a sense of humbled wonder, as engendered by the keenly experienced beauty of the natural world.  Five deep outdoor breaths everyday might help alleviate the strain of our disconnect.  Even better: seek out and notice the many insects drawn to each growing thing.  Even weeds are a haven, for them and therefore perhaps for us.
